Went for routine service.price nearly doubled since last service. Took 2.5 hrs. Normally wait is pleasant but today no refreshments and need to wear mask made it very difficult. Thank god for free WiFi. Car came back spotless with all work completed. Staff friendly.

Very good anti covid measures in place, good job done on the car after a breakdown. Car returned clean and tidy. Compared with my last experience with Rybrook Warrington 100% better job! Hope it stays like this.
My father had the worst experience purchasing a new XC40. The sales person was not transparent in informing us that the vehicle was not a MY21 spec car and it only became apparent when we enquired why there was no RVC fitted to the car. There were so many errors in their customer service. The worst ever purchasing experience by far.
Had a fault on my Volvo S90_Diesel_2017 "Parking Brake not fully released', Volvo (Warranty) assistant helped me straight away, arrived within 30min, gave me another car from Sunday till Thursday to drive to work. Thought that electric parking brake motor failed, but actually Volvo confirmed, that this is a factory fault. Basically problems with the rear parking wiring and connectors. They found water ingress. Connectors MUST be IP65 rated or higher, but probably some where connectors are not fully sealed, or probably factory made IP50 rated instead of IP65 or IP68, who knows, somebody made a huge mistake, probably in design team, Volvo QC inspection can investigate this issue now. Somebody need to pay a better attention, when designing wiring for this car, this car only 2 years old-(23k miles) and came up with this problem, what's next? Of course disappointing, but it is what it is. Anyway, they replaced parking braking wiring, (both motors OK), eliminated problem within 4 days. Very happy, coming back to this place definitely next time. Friendly staff also. Collected my car nice and clean, shining like a new. Thumbs up.
